How much do I need to put down?

20% of the purchase price. If you cross collateralize one other property you own free and clear, the down payment can drop to 0%.

What does the loan cost?

14% interest only on loans of $100,000 or more, 16% under $100,000. $600 closing cost, 2% exit fee, $25 per month servicing, 2 year term with a 5 month minimum interest.

What can the loan be used for?

Buying vacant land, 2 acres or larger, for business purposes. We do not fund construction, the entitlement process, site work, or commercial property other than outdoor storage.

Which states do you not lend in?

California, Arizona, Nevada, New York, New Jersey, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Hawaii, and Vermont. Everywhere else is open.
