What does the loan cost?

14% interest only on loans of $100,000 or more, 16% under $100,000. $600 closing cost, 2% exit fee, $25 per month servicing, 2 year term with a 5 month minimum interest.

What can the loan be used for?

Buying vacant land, 1 acre or larger, for business purposes. We do not fund construction, entitlements, site work, or commercial property.

Which states do you not lend in?

California, Arizona, Nevada, New York, New Jersey, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Vermont. Everywhere else is open.
