Request a payoff statement for your land loan. Payoff statements are prepared within 2 business days. Requests are accepted from the borrower or the title agent handling the closing.

One lot per request. Use the lot number from the recorded plat. No lot number? Enter the tract or legal description from the survey. Selling more than one lot? Submit a separate form for each.

A recorded plat or survey is required before a partial payoff quote can be issued. After you submit this form, email it to eric@damencapital.com.

Partial release amounts are calculated per the release provisions of your loan documents, not the lot sale price.
